ORDINANCE
. Whereas, On December 1, 2020, the Committee on Zoning, Landmarks and Building Standards of the City Council of the City of Chicago met to consider an ordinance establishing Waterway Planned Development located at 2424 S. Halsted Street and 2500 S. Corbett Street; and
Whereas, At the committee meeting, a substitute ordinance was offered and accepted by the committee in lieu of the original ordinance, and the committee considered and recommended passage of the substitute ordinance ("SO2020-3724"); and
Whereas, Because of an administrative error, the document that was reported out of the committee to the City Council during the City Council meeting on December 16,2020, then transmitted to the City Clerk and published in the Journal of Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago for the regular meeting held on Wednesday, December 16,2020, on pages 25706 through 25728, was not the complete ordinance; and
Whereas, The ordinance transmitted to the City Clerk erroneously omitted four pages; and
Whereas, It is necessary to correct this error by striking the ordinance passed on December 16, 2020 and replace it with this ordinance, which supersedes SO2020-3724, because it is accurate and complete; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICA GO:
SO2020-3724 is hereby repealed and replaced in its entirety with the following:

SECTION 1. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of the Waterway-Heliport Planned Development No. 1236 symbols as shown on Map 6-G in the area bounded by;
beginning at the centerline of the Chicago River south branch; a line 15 feet west of and parallel to South Halsted Street; a line 19.85 feet south of the Southerly Dock Line of the Chicago River south branch (Dock Line established by Sanitary District of Chicago Engineers April 9, 1945 by warranty deed recorded as Document Number 3341377) and ...
