Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to 151 FRANKLIN LLC, upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to maintain and use, as now constructed, four (4) Earth Retention System(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to its premises known as 151 N. Franklin St
Said Earth Retention System(s) at W. Couch Place measure(s):
One (1) at one hundred thirteen point seven five (113.75) feet in length, and one point five (1.5) foot in width for a total of one hundred seventy point six three (170.63) square feet. Said earth retention system is approximately eighty (80) feet in depth.
Said Earth Retention System(s) at W. Couch Place measure(s):
One (1) at sixty-five point one seven (65.17) feet in length, and one point five (1.5) foot in width for a total of ninety-seven point seven six (97.76) square feet. Said earth retention system is approximately eighty (80) feet in depth.
Said Earth Retention System(s) at W. Randolph Street measure(s):
One (1) atone hundred thirteen point seven five (113.75) feet in length, and one point three three (1.33) foot in width for a total of one hundred fifty-one point two nine (151.29) square feet. Said earth retention system is approximately eighty (80) feet in depth.
Said Earth Retention System(s) at W. Randolph Street measure(s):
