BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Through Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Advent Properties-2000, LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress from 2406 West Armitage Avenue.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
