BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-435 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Urban Edge Group LLC 3641 of 3641S. Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60653 from the Municipal Code provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to the property located at 3641S. Michigan Ave.

SECTION 2. This ordnance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
