BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1, Pursuant to Section 10-20-435 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt GraceK Contractors LLC, 3400 S Giles Ave, Chicago, IL 60616 from the Municipal Code provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to the property located at 3324 - 3334 S Prairie Ave.

SECTION 2. This ordnance shall take effect and be in force upon Its passage and publication.
