BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-435 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Prairie Court Townhome Homeowner Association, 875 N Michigan Ave Chicago, IL 60611 from the Municipal Code provision requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to the property located at 1626-1736 S Prairie Ave.

SECTION 2. This ordnance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
