Section 1. Pursuant to an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council which authorizes the honorary street-name signs, the Commissioner of Transportation shall take the necessary action for the standardization of E. 35th Street from S. Rhodes Avenue to S. Dr. Martin Luther King Drive. Designated Honorary Street as "Phillip Jackson Parkway."

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
