RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 090, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, portions of the below named streets are hereby designated as Residential Permit Parking Zones, for the following locations:

 

WARD                     RESIDENTIAL PERMIT PARKING ZONES:

8                     8700 South Constance Avenue; Repeal Residential Permit Parking Zone 447

[02021-803]

14                     Amend Ordinance by Adding 4742 South Ridgeway Avenue to South Archer Avenue,

on the west side of the street only; Residential Permit Parking Zone 1037 All Times, All Days [Or2021-81]

29                     300-331 North Mayfield Avenue (east and west); Amend Residential Permit Parking

Zone 1898, 9:00pm to 9:00am and inserting All Times, All Days [02021-950]

 

31                     4900-4999 West Altgeld Street Residential Permit Parking Zone 2313, Sunday

thru Saturday, At All Times. [Or2020-132]

45                     Amend Ordinance by adding 4701 North Laramie Avenue, 4657 North Laramie

Avenue, 4700 North Leamington Avenue, 4656 North Leamington Avenue; Amend Residential Permit Parking Zone 264 [02021-1234]

 

 

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend Residential Permit Parking Zones on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

 

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.
