BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Through Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Paw Paradise Chicago LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress from 1540 -1542 North Western.
