BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

 

3415 Ashland Investor, LLC located at 3421 North Ashland Avenue from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.
