ORDINANCE

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The City Council finds that the areas described in Sections 2 through 4 of this ordinance are adversely affected by the over-concentration of businesses licensed to sell alcoholic liquor within and near the areas.

SECTION 2. Section 4-60-022 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-022 (47.28), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of December 18, 2019 at page 12007, with the following underscored text:

4-60-022 (47.28^      On Irving Park Road, from Clark Street to Ashland.

SECTION 3. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsection 4-60-023 (47.28), which was previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of April 24, 2020 at page 15496, with the following underscored text:

4-60-023 f47.28^      On Irving Park Road, from Clark Street to Ashland.

SECTION 4. Section 4-60-023 of the Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by replacing subsections 4-60-023 (47.70), which were previously deleted as shown in the Journal of Proceedings of October 16, 2019 at page 7290, with the following underscored text:-

4-60-023 (47.70)      On Wilson Avenue, from Ravenswood Avenue to Damen Avenue.
