BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1 Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changing all of M1 -1, Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-N in the area bounded by:

A line 220 feet south of and parallel to west Fullerton Avenue; the Westerly line of the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad right-of-way; a line 571.09 feet south of and parallel to west Fullerton Avenue; and the alley next east of and parallel to North Normandy Avenue

to those of a M2-2, Light Industry District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
