BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago,
Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Barbara Bandyk of Wonderplay Daycare Center from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress 6319 West Belmont Avenue.

I am aware of the application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for Wonderplay Daycare Center located at 319 West Belmont Avenue, Chicago, IL 60634.1 have no objections to this application and 1 will introduce an ordinance at the City Council meeting scheduled for May 26, 2021, exempting Wonderplay Daycare Center from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.
