SECTION 1. Title 1 7 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of ihe B3-3 Community Shopping Distnct symbols and indications as shown on Map No S-G in the area bounded by
a line 52 feet south of and parallel with West 35Ih Street; South Halsted Street; a line 234 53 feet south of and parallel with West 35!h Street; and the alley next west and parallel with South Halsted Street
to those of a C3-2 Commercial, Manufacturing and F.mployment District.
SECTION 2. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the C3-2 Commercial, Manufacturing and Employment District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 8-G in the area bounded by
a line 52 feet south of and parallel with West 35to those ofa Business Planned Development.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and •due publication.
