BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago,
Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Martin Keane of Emerald Concrete, Inc from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress 4614 West Armitage Avenue.

I am aware ofthe application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for Quality Excavation, Inc located at 4614 West Armitage Avenue, Chicago, IL 60639.1 have no objections to this application and 1 will introduce an ordinance at the City Council meeting scheduled for May 26, 2021, exempting Emerald Concrete, Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.
