BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OI CHICAGO:
SECTION I. Thai ihc Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all of ihe DX-7 Downtown Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map 3-F in the area bounded by:
West Elm Street; North Slate Street; a line 200 feel south of and parallel to West F.lm Street; and the 18.5 loot public alley next west of and parallel to N. State Street
lo those ofa Residential-Business Planned Development, which is hereby established in the area above described, subject to such use and bulk regulations as arc set forth in Ihc Plan of Development herewith attached and made a part (hereof and to no others.
