BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT-3.5 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District, as shown on Map 9-G in the area bounded by:
A line 187 feet North of and parallel to West Belmont Avenue; the alley next east of and parallel to North Southport Avenue; a line 162 feet North of and parallel to West Belmont Avenue; and North Southport Avenue.
To those of RM-4.5 Residential Multi-Unit District
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

FOR THE PROPOSED REZONING AT
3217 NORTH SOUTHPORT AVENUE
The Application is to change zoning for 3217 North Southport Avenue from RT-3.5 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District to RM-4.5 Residential Multi-Unit District. The Applicant intends to construct a three (3) dwelling unit building with a basement and partial fourth floor. There will be three garage parking spaces. The footprint ofthe building shall approximately be 19 feet 8 inches by 71 feet 10 inches in size. The building height shall be 45 feet high, as defined by City code.
