To the President and Members of the City Council:

Your Committee on Pedestrian and Traffic Safety, to which were referred proposed ordinance(s) and/or order(s) to establish and/or amend 2% Disabled Parking Signs on portions of sundry streets, begs leave to recommend that Your Honorable Body DO PASS the proposed substitute ordinance(s) and/or order(s) submitted herewith.

This recommendation was concurred in by all members of the Committee present, with no dissenting votes.

2% DISABLED PARKING SIGN

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish and/or amend 2% Disabled Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

WARD                     2% DISABLED PARKING SIGN:

50                     North Whipple Street (east side) from a point 20 feet north of West Peterson

Avenue to a point 20 feet north thereof; Reserved Disabled Parking; 5:30am to 5:30pm Thursday, 5:30am to 2:00pm Friday (Public Benefit) [02021-1838]

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication.
