BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OL THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the RS-3, Residential Singe-Unit (Detached House) District designation as shown on Map Number 3-1 in the area bounded by:
West August Boulevard; a line 100 feet east of and parallel to North Washtenaw Avenue; the alley next south of and parallel to West Augusta Boulevard; and a line 75 feet east of and parallel to North Washtenaw Avenue
to those of a RM-4.5, Residenlial Multi-Unit District.

SEC TION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
