ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is amended by changing all the RT4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District and CI -1 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-1 in the area bounded by:

A line 1,046.43 feet north of and parallel to West Addison Street; the north branch of the Chicago River; West Addison Street; and North California Avenue;

to those of RM5.5 Residential Multi-Unit District, which is hereby established in the area described.

SECTION 2: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is amended by changing all the RM5.5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-1 in the area bounded by:

A line 1,046.43 feet north of and parallel to West Addison Street; the north branch of the Chicago River; West Addison Street; and North California Avenue;

to those of Residential-Waterway Planned Development, which is hereby established in the area above described, subject to such use and bulk regulations as are set forth in the Plan of Development herewith attached and made a part hereof and to no others.

SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and due publication.
