ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION I. On September 9, 2020, the City Council of the City of Chicago (the "City Council") passed an ordinance, referenced as SO2020-4101, published on pages 20678 through 20681 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City Council for that date ("Ordinance"). On February 26, 2021, the City Council passed an ordinance, referenced as 02021-797, published on pages 28058 and 28059 of the Journal of Proceedings of the City Council for that date, amending SECTION (4)(b)of the Ordinance to extend the expiration date of the Ordinance to July 1, 2021. SECTION (4)(b) of the Ordinance (as amended on February 26, 2021) is hereby further amended by deleting the language stricken through and by inserting the language underlined, as follows:

SECTION 4.

(Omitted text is not affected by this Ordinance)

(b) SECTION 1 of this ordinance shall be repealed of its own accord, without further action of the City Council, on July 1, 2021 September 1, 2021.
