ORDINANCE

 

SECTION 1. Section 17-7-0100 of Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by inserting the underscored language, as follows:

 

17-7-0560 Cannabis Zone Districts

17-7-0563 Exemption for Social Equity Licenses. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, an adult use cannabis dispensary licensed under Section 15-25, Section 15-30, Section 15-35 or Section 15-35.10 ofthe State of Illinois' Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act (410 ILCS 705/1-1 et seq.) shall not be subject to Section 17-7-0560, Section 17-7-0561. Section 17-7-0562, Section 17-9-0129 subsection (4) or Section 17-14-0303-F of Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago.
