BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION I. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the Bl-3 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-II in the area bounded by

a line 100 feet northwest ofthe intersection of North Lincoln Avenue and West Melrose Street, as measured at the northwest right-of-way line of West Melrose Street and perpendicular thereto; North Lincoln Avenue; a line 75 feet northwest of the intersection of North Lincoln Avenue and West Melrose Street, as measured at the northwest right-of-way line of West Melrose Street and perpendicular thereto; a line 75 feet west of the intersection of North Lincoln Avenue and West Melrose Street, as measured at the northwest right-of-way line of West Melrose Avenue and perpendicular thereto; West Melrose Street; and a line 100 feet west ofthe intersection of North Lincoln Avenue and West Melrose Street, as measured at the northwest right-of-way line of West Melrose Avenue and perpendicular thereto,

to those of an B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District and a corresponding uses district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
