BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District and C1-2 Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 18-B in the area bounded by:

East 72nd Place; a line 33.60 feet northeast of and parallel to South Exchange Avenue; a line 100.25 feet northwest of and parallel to East 73rc Street; a line 115.70 feet northeast of South Exchange Avenue; East 73rd Street; and South Exchange Avenue

to those of a C1-2 Neighborhood Commercial District, and a corresponding use-district is hereby established in the area above described.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
