ORDERED, That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to give consideration to the establishment of a residential permit parking zone on    South Knox Avenue.   from 4800 to 4858 on the west side of the street and from 4825 to 4859 on the east side of the street and on West 48^th Street, from South Knox Avenue to the first alley west thereof,   on both sides of the street.   at all times , Sunday thru Saturday.
