ORDER

BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO, That the Chicago Police Department shall, within 90 days after the passage and publication of this order, take any actions necessary to update the directive known as: Employee Resource E01-11 - SECONDARY EMPLOYMENT, issued and effective.on January 9, 2020, and any other directives or Department policies tq remove the prohibition on:

(i) secondary employment in an establishment where the primary business is thesale of intoxicating liquor;

BE IT FURTHER ORDERED, That no subsequent Chicago Police Department directives or Department policies may reinstate such prohibition.
