Be It Ofdmned by the City Council of the City of Chicago:
SECTION 1. Permission and authority are hereby given and granted to FLEET PORTFOLIO. LLC upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this ordinance to construct, Install, maintain and use two (2) Plpe(s) under the public right-of-way adjacent to Its premises known as 1244 W CONCORD PL.
Said Plpe(s) at W, Concord P| measure(s):
One (1) at forty-three point gIx sevan (43.67) feet In length and forty-three point six seven (43.87) feet In width for a total of one thousand nine hundred seven point zero seven (1,907.07) square feet One (1) at thirty-five point seven five (35.75) feet In length and thirty-five point seven five (35.75) feet In width for a total of one thousand two hundred seventy-eight point zero six (1,278.06) square feet. .
The location of said privilege shall be as shown on prints kept on file with the Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection and the Office of the City Clerk.
Said privilege shall be constructed In accordance with plans and specifications approved by the Department of Transportation (Office of Underground Coordination) and Department of Water Management
This grent of privilege In the public way shall be subject to the provisions of Section 10-28-015 and ail other required provisions of the Municipal Code of Chicago.
The grantee shall pay to We City Of Chlbago as compensation for the privilege #BACP 1146341 herein granted the sum of eight hundred ($800.00) per annum In advance.
A 26% penalty will be added for payments received after due date.
The permit holder agrees to ho|d the City of Chicago harmless for any damage, relocation or replacement costs associated with damage, relocation or removal of private property caused' by the City performing work in the pubBc way.
