Pursuant to Sec. 2-120-825 of the Municipal Code, we are filing with your office, a transmittal for introduction to the Mayor and City Council during the July 21, 2021 City Council meeting, the recommendation of the Commission on Chicago Landmarks to approve the permit application for the demolition of a non-contributing building located at 513 W. Fullerton Parkway in the Mid-North Landmark District.
The materials being submitted to you for this proposal include:

Recommendation of the Commission on Chicago Landmarks, and
Economic Disclosure Statements.
