BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Through Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and direct to exempt Slot Rocks LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress from the premises commonly known as 2010 West Pierce Avenue and also known as 1542 North Damen Avenue (2010 West Pierce Avenue 11542 North Damen Avenue).

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
