ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe B1-1, Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 9-H in the area bound by:

the alley next south of and parallel to West Belle Plaine Avenue; North Laporte Avenue; the alley next north of and parallel to West Irving Park Road; and the alley next west of and parallel to North Laporte Avenue,

to those of a RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse, Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
