BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director ofthe Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Dollar Tree at 4540 North Pulaski Road from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities.
