Please be advised that on July 21, 2021 I will introduce ariordinancein the Chicago City Council to provide alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 615 N.Ogden Ave. The ordinance, as drafted and approved by the council, authorizes alley access for the entire building. I am requesting for the appropriate license to be issued due to pending passage to the publication.
