ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 10-8-337 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago is hereby amended by inserting the language underscored, as follows:

10-8-337 Film production permit.

(4) Prohibition on issuance of staging permits in certain residential parking permit zones. A permit under this section shall be denied if such permit would allow the staging of vehicles, eguipment, or crew personnel in anv portion of the following residential parking permit zones: Zone 201: Zone 244: Zone 738: Zone 1126: and Zone 1189.
