ORDINANCE


BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:


SECTION 1: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is amended by changing all the Residential Business Planned Development 1272 symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-F in the area bounded by:


West North Avenue; North Clark Street; a line 120.01 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; North Sandberg Terrace; a line 102.05 feet south of and parallel to West North Avenue; and North LaSalle Street,
to those of a Residential Business Planned Development 1272, as amended which is
hereby established in the area described, subject to such use and bulk regulations as are
set forth in the Plan of Development attached herewith and made a part thereof and to
no others.



SECTION 2: This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and due publication.

The area delineated herein as Residential-Business Planned Development Number 1272, as amended, ("Planned Development") consists of approximately 30,035 square feet of properly which is depicted on the attached Planned Development Boundary and Property Line Map ("Property") and is owned or controlled by the applicant, 1550 North Clark (Chicago) Owner, LLC.
