ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1: That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the PMD-2 (Elston Corridor Planned Manufacturing District No. 2) indications shown on Map Number 85B in the area bounded by:

West Division Street; North Elston Avenue: West Cortez Street; a line 135 feet west of and parallel to the west right-of-way line of North Elston Avenue: a line 233 feet north of and parallel to the north right-of-way line of West Cortez Street; and the easterly right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad/Metra (formerly the Chicago & Northwestern Railroad) right-of-way;

to those of a [Business Planned Development which is hereby established in the area described above subject to such use and bulk regulations as are set forth in the Plan of Development attached hereto and made a part hereof and to no others.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
