ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications on Map No. 4-H in the area bounded by

South Allport Street; a line 100.00 feet south of and parallel to West 18th Street; the public alley next west of and parallel to South Allport Street; a line 125.00 feet south of and parallel to West 18th Street

to those of C1-3 Neighborhood Commercial District.
