BE IT ORDAINED BYTHE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Commissioner ofthe Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 7240 N. Rogers ((Real People Realty, Inc.) from the Municipal Code from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking and loading facilities for their lot at 7240 N Rogers.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
