ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe C1-2, Neighborhood Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 5-G in the area bounded by:

the alley north of and parallel to West North Avenue; a line 51 feet west of and parallel to North Bosworth Avenue; West North Avenue; and, a line 76.5 feet west of and parallel to North Bosworth Avenue

to those of a B1-2, Neighborhood Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
