BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

 

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to an Section 10-20-435 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Pro Homes, Inc from the Municipal Code provision prohibiting alley access to any parking garage ifthe capacity of that lot or garage is in excess of six spaces for the premise;address located at 1719-1721 N Burling.

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
