ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map 26-E in the area bounded by:
East 107th Street; a line 50 feet east of and parallel to South Martin Luther King Drive; the alley next south of and parallel to East 107th Street; and South Martin Luther King Drive.
to those of a B3-2, Community Shopping District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and approval.
