ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe RM-5, Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 13-L in the area bound by:

North Long Street; the alley next north of and parallel to West Argyle Street; a line 225 feet east of and parallel to North Long Street; and, West Argyle Street

to those of a RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
