ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all the current Bl-1 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 10-D in the area bounded by:
a line 198.33 feet north of and parallel to East 44th Street; the public alley next west of and parallel to South Cottage Grove Avenue; a line 98.33 feet north of and parallel to East 44th Street; and South Cottage Grove Avenue
to those ofa B3-2 Community Shopping Distnct.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
