AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF SP IMPORTS FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT 6022 N. STEVENS AVENUE

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuantto Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt SP Imports from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 6022 N. Stevens Avenue.
