BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the RS-3 Residential Single Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 11-1 in the area bounded by

The purpose ofthe rezoning is to be able to obtain a building permit to establish in the City's records two long-existing nonconforming garden-level dwelling units. The existing building currently contains six dwelling units of which the City only records of building permits establishing four dwelling units. After rezoning the property will contain 6 dwelling units with 5 parking spaces and no commercial space. No changes will be made to the exterior of the property or its structure.
