BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago,
Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Eric Dams and James Troutman of TD Portage Park LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress 3718 N Central Avenue.
