ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance, be amended by changing all ofthe B3-1, Community Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 22-B in the area bound by:

East 93^rd Street; a line 36 feet west of and parallel to South Escanaba Avenue; the alley next south of parallel to East 93^rd Street; a line 61 feet west of and parallel to East 93^rd Street

Susan Sadlowski-Garza Alderman, 10^th Ward

to those of a RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
