Ladies and Gentlemen:
Please take notice that I have selected and do hereby designate Aileen Velazquez as my additional proxy for me in my name, place and stead to affix my signature as Mayor of the City of Chicago to any contract or modification agreement whose execution is authorized by the Illinois Municipal Purchasing Act or Chapter 2-92 of the Municipal Code and required to be signed by the Mayor.
By this letter 1 hereby revoke the proxy designation of Monica Jimenez made by me on April 19, 2021. The proxy designation and revocation herein shall be effective as ofthe date of this letter.
Appended hereto is a written signature of my name as it will appear on said written instruments as executed by Aileen Velazquez and with the proxy's signature underneath, all as required by statute. This proxy was filed with the City Clerk on September 21, 2021.
