BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI TY 01-' CHICAGO: SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the Commercial/Residential/Walerway Planned Development Number 796 symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 15-J in the area bounded by
North Lincoln Avenue; North McCormack Boulevard; a line 877 feel south of and parallel to West Devon Avenue; and the North Channel ofthe Chicago River,
to those of Commercial/Residential/Waterway Planned Development Number 796, as amended,
which is hereby established in the area described above and subject to such use and bulk
regulations set forth in the Plan of Development attached hereto and to no others.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.

The area delineated herein as Commercial/Rcsidential/Waterway Planned Development Number 796, (Planned Development) consists of approximately 448,909 square feet of property which is depicted on the attached Planned Development Boundary and Property Line Map (Property) and is owned or controlled by the Applicant, TCB-Lincoln Village, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and TCB-LV GL, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
The requirements, obligations and conditions contained within this Planned Development shall be binding upon the Applicant, its successors and assigns and, if different than the Applicant, the legal title holders and any ground lessors.
