BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION I. Tillc 17 ol'the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe Bl-2 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and indications as shown on Map. No. 7-N in the area bounded by:

the alley next north of West Grand Avenue; North Neva Avenue; West Grand Avenue; and a line 127.95 feet west of North Neva Avenue as measured along the north line of West Grand Avenue

to those of a C2-2 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District and a corresponding use distnct is hereby established in the area above described.



SECTION 2. This ord inance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
