AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF WINDY CITY AUTO COLLISION FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT 4970 N. ELSTON AVENUE

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuantto Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Windy City Auto Collision from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 4970 N. Elston Avenue.
